Core working principle of Zhongsong liquid cooled air conditioner
Zhongsong liquid cooling patented air conditioner abandons the traditional single air cooling mode and adopts a self-produced condensate closed-loop liquid cooling heat dissipation system, combined with a polymer phase change vibration reduction and noise reduction structure, forming a dual heat dissipation system with water cooling as the main and air cooling as the auxiliary. The whole process is automatically circulated, without manual intervention or external water source. The entire system consists of three main parts: a closed-loop liquid cooling circulation system for condensed water, a polymer liquid-solid phase change vibration reduction and cooling structure, and a multiple silent vibration reduction and protection structure. Together, they achieve efficient heat dissipation, silent operation, constant temperature control, and water-saving and drip prevention effects.
(1) Condensed water closed-loop liquid cooling heat dissipation system (core patent)
When the air conditioner is working normally for cooling, the indoor evaporator will naturally produce condensation water through cold and hot exchange. Through a dedicated sealed guide pipeline, all the condensation water generated indoors will be drained to the sealed water collection bin of the outdoor unit for storage, and the entire process will be enclosed and transported without overflow or leakage. The external unit water collection bin is equipped with a silent micro water pump. After the air conditioner is turned on, the water pump automatically starts and stops, and the collected room temperature condensed water is transported to the spiral surrounding cooling pipeline that wraps around the compressor housing.
The low-temperature cold water flows tightly against the outer wall of the compressor throughout the entire process, taking away the high-temperature heat generated by the high-speed operation of the compressor in all directions, continuously suppressing the working temperature of the compressor, and avoiding high-temperature accumulation. After absorbing heat, the warm water will be automatically transported to the fin area of the external condenser for spray assisted heat dissipation, greatly improving the heat transfer speed of the condenser and reducing the overall operating load of the machine. After heat dissipation and cooling, the water flows back to the bottom collection bin, forming a closed, circulating, and reciprocating liquid cooling system, continuously cooling and dissipating the entire machine.
The entire system relies on the condensation water generated by the air conditioner itself to be self-sufficient, without the need for external tap water or manual water addition, and operates in a fully automatic closed-loop system. The system comes with intelligent temperature control logic, which can automatically adjust the water circulation speed according to the ambient temperature and unit load, always controlling the compressor temperature within a reasonable range, and eliminating high-temperature thermal protection problems.
(2) Polymer liquid-solid phase transition vibration reduction and cooling structure
