Core working principle of Zhongsong liquid cooled air conditioner

Zhongsong liquid cooling patented air conditioner abandons the traditional single air cooling mode and adopts a self-produced condensate closed-loop liquid cooling heat dissipation system, combined with a polymer phase change vibration reduction and noise reduction structure, forming a dual heat dissipation system with water cooling as the main and air cooling as the auxiliary. The whole process is automatically circulated, without manual intervention or external water source. The entire system consists of three main parts: a closed-loop liquid cooling circulation system for condensed water, a polymer liquid-solid phase change vibration reduction and cooling structure, and a multiple silent vibration reduction and protection structure. (1) Condensed water closed-loop liquid cooling heat dissipation system (core patent)

When the air conditioner is working normally for cooling, the indoor evaporator will naturally produce condensation water through cold and hot exchange. Through a dedicated sealed guide pipeline, all the condensation water generated indoors will be drained to the sealed water collection bin of the outdoor unit for storage, and the entire process will be enclosed and transported without overflow or leakage.
